US: Arctic Blast Freezes Waterfalls In Maryland As Cold Temperatures Hit

An arctic blast swept across the western, central, and eastern U.S. this week, bringing brutally cold temperatures. A Cold Weather Advisory was issued for Maryland on Wednesday, January 22. This video, filmed on Thursday morning, captures a frozen waterfall at Patapsco Valley State Park in Ellicott City.
